For Group/Team Classes:
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any absences to avoid a penalty. We allow up to 3 emergency leave requests within 24 hours per semester. If you exceed this limit or fail to provide 24 hours' notice, the full class fee will be charged. For valid absences, you may make up the class in other sessions or during our camp within the same semester.
