Footwear Policy
Please note that only badminton shoes (the ones with rubber and non-marking soles) are allowed. Make sure to bring your own badminton shoes, if you don't have them, we offer a limited number of shoes for rental. The first rental is complimentary for new attendees.

Court-Rental Policy
We require a 50% deposit of the total amount if you book more than 48 hours in advance, $15 for bookings made between 24 and 48 hours prior your desired time, and full payment for bookings within 24 hours.
To check availability and confirm your booking, please contact us via WeChat, TextMessage, WhatsApp or walk-in. You can make your deposit via E-Transfer to paragonacademy17@gmail.com or pay in cash. When making the E-Transfer, be sure to include your booking session in the message. Please note that a maximum of 6 people are allowed on a single court.
To cancel or alter your session, please notify at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be not provided for cancellation made within 48 hours.
Court-Rental Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, a $15 charge for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled time, and no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
Court-Rental Prices
Weekdays 11AM - 4PM $20 / hr per court
Weekdays after 4PM, Weekends & Holidays $32 / hr per court

If there are more than six people on a single court, an additional fee of $3 per person will be charged.
Drop-in
Tuesday to Friday 11 AM - 4 PM $7/person (contact us for confirmation)
Weekday nights &Weekends $12/person (contact us for confirmation)
