Introduction Group

Introductory group lessons are for students who are picking up badminton for the first time. Within our introduction group, students engage in basic training together with fun games. The goal is for students to start developing an interest in badminton, engage with the sport, and find their potential.

Fundamental Group

Our fundamental players are preparing for various competitive tournaments. In this stage we will focus on form, skill and techniques involved with various shots and footwork. The training provided during fundamental classes will be more intense and strict compared to the introductory group.

Intermediate Group

Intermediate is suitable for junior students who cannot commit to our competition team training system, but are prepared to participate in school tournaments or provincial B tournaments.

Elite Group

The Elite group is suitable for players who have had training and competition experience in the past (School tournaments, provincial tournaments or top 1-2 at elite group 2)

Competition Team

Our competition team consists of pre-team, team 1, team 2, team 3, and team 4. Students are divided according to their skillset and level of experience. Junior provincial players compete in Ontario badminton tournaments and Canada's top provincial players compete in tournaments around the world.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are very important for developing good fundamental skills from the beginning, before developing bad habits that are difficult to change later on. During a private lesson, the coach will dedicate all of their effort to teaching students a certain skill set. Private lessons can be scheduled anytime between you and the coach.
